Semi-automatic saws are similar to manual saws, but the saw head is programmed to automatically rise to the starting position after the cut is completed. The operator must then reposition the material to make another cut.
Variable speed pulleys are driven by a V-shaped belt system and a variable speed assembly that regulates an infinite speed range change by the turn of a dial.
