Boring Bar Sleeves
Boring bar sleeves are used to adapt all boring bar or shank type tools to any CNC turning machine or machining center for extensions or hard to reach areas. They are hardened, precision ground concentric. “-B” sleeves are diamond polished, while sleeves 1-3/4 OD and larger are black oxided. Innovative design on the 1-1/2 OD boring bar sleeves helps the tools stay cool longer by projecting the coolant directly on the cutting edge.
